UniBound
Coaching?

UniBound Coaching is a transformative 8-week experience designed to help students either launch strong or turn things around in university. Whether you're stepping onto campus for the first time or trying to recover from a tough start, our programs are built on 7 Pillars of Academic Success and grounded in one powerful truth: university isn’t just about academics, it’s about you!

Led by an educator who failed her first year, and came back stronger than ever, UniBound creates a tight-knit, supportive environment where no one slips through the cracks. In a post-Covid world, where many campus services are being cut back or stretched thin, UniBound fills the gap with high-impact, small-group coaching that actually works.

With UniBound, students gain:

  • 8 strategic group Zoom coaching sessions that build skills progressively and sustainably

  • A personalized strategy workbook tailored to your unique challenges and strengths

  • Research-based tools to build academic skills, manage stress, maintain focus, and stay motivated

  • Real-time problem-solving with both coach guidance and peer insights

  • Confidence and independence that lasts far beyond first year

    navigating the same transition

What Makes

Us Different

First-year students who feel overwhelmed, unsure, or unprepared and want a game plan to start strong and stay steady.

First-generation students navigating the unknown without a family blueprint and looking for someone who understands.

Students who are attending university but struggling to stay afloat and looking for practical tools to turn things around.

Students who previously attended university and didn’t make it through. This time, you’re doing it differently, and you’re not doing it alone.

Mature students starting or restarting their education journey, ready to define what school means for them and take the next step with confidence.

Students who have been over-supported by well-meaning parents or teachers and are now figuring out how to manage on their own.

Whether you're starting fresh, starting over, or starting later in life, if you’re looking for guidance, encouragement, and community to walk alongside you through the ups and downs, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Why Small Group Coaching Works Better

You’re not the only one feeling overwhelmed
In group coaching, you’ll quickly see that other students are facing the same fears, doubts, and struggles. You’ll stop thinking it’s just you, and start feeling understood and supported.

You’ll build skills that actually matter
University is not a solo mission. Group coaching helps you practice communication, collaboration, and self-reflection in a way that prepares you for both school and life after it.

You’ll stay motivated and on track
When you show up each week with others who are working just as hard as you are, it’s easier to stay focused. You’ll feel more accountable and more likely to follow through.

You’ll learn way more, way faster
It’s not just about what your coach says. You’ll hear real stories from other students and pick up ideas, strategies, and insights that you might never have found on your own.

You’ll feel like you belong
If you’ve been feeling isolated or unsure you even belong in university, this space changes that. The group becomes your people. They get it. And they’ve got your back.

You’ll stop feeling like you need to be fixed
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about growing together. Group coaching helps you build confidence, not just skills.
